What is the return policy?

We offer 30 days to initiate a refund if you are unsatisfied with the purchased item. A restocking fee of 10% will be subtracted from the refund amount once the product is received and examined. Please contact us if you have more questions or concerns in regards to your situation.

What is the warranty policy?

We offer a 1 year warranty on mechanical parts. Even if the warranty has expired, please reach out to us to see how we can help.

What if the product arrives damaged?

If you see any dent or puncture to the package upon arrival, please email us as soon as you can to report the issue. Make sure you examine the item and send us photos showing the damage/defect of the package and the item. It could be that the item is damaged in shipping. We will assist in sending out a replacement to you at no extra cost.


Can I get a discount if I do a bulk buy?

Yes, we can do a wholesale deal. Please contact us for more information.

Do you do in-house delivery and installation?

There is an additional cost for this service and the delivery address is limited to the Greater Vancouver area only. Please contact us for more information on this.
